No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase a contestant’s chance of winning. Michigan residents only. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud or misconduct destroy the integrity of the program National Coney Island will not verify receipt of entries. Incomplete entries are void. National Coney Island is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incomprehensible, undeliverable or delayed. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the original promised prize becomes unavailable. Unless otherwise noted, all contests and giveaway prizes are awarded via random drawing. National Coney Island employees and families are not eligible to win. Winners automatically grant the use of their name and likeness in the promotion of this and other National Coney Island contests. National Coney Island will not sell or distribute entrant’s personal information such as email and phone number.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 6:00 AM (ET) on 09/30/19 through 8:00 PM (ET) on 10/27/19 go to a National Coney Island location *excluding Detroit Metro Airport and complete the in-store entry form. All entries must be received by 8:00PM (ET) on 10/27/19 to be entered into the random drawing. Deposit entry form in designated drop box found at participating National Coney Island restaurant locations. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Illegible or incomplete entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, delayed, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received by the entry deadline.

RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Potential Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing. Drawing will be held on or about 10/27/19 from all eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges are final. The winner’s parent/legal guardian will be notified by email or telephone. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

PRIZES ARV: $300. There is no monetary value associated with bringing a Detroit Lions player to classroom.

One (1) Potential Prize winner will receive:

• One [1] Detroit Lions player to appear at winner’s school classroom on Tuesday, 11/12/19 (player to be announced by the team) for 45-60 minutes. Player will sign autographs and take photos for the winning child’s class. Player will talk about the importance of school, being a Lion and then take questions.
• $100 in gift certificates to National Coney Island
• Special gift from the Detroit Lions

ELIGIBILITY: National Coney Island Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Michigan who are in grades 2 through 6. Employees of National Coney Island and each of their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step‑brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister and/or spouses of each) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win a prize. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void outside Michigan and where prohibited by law.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
